Pagosa Peak Open School Presents ” January Coffeehouse Night”

January 9th @ 6:00pm-8:00pm

We will be hosting our second “Coffeehouse Night” at the school this coming Thursday, January 9 starting at 6pm.

The event will include music and poetry by a collection of performers, including Native American flute player Charles Martinez and singer-songwriters Alison Beach, Chris Haas, and Laurie Brinkmann. Also appearing will be Dave Pettus, Rain March, Jen Tuggle. Greg Milioto, and Bill Hudson. The performance will take place in the school auditorium in the Parelli Building, 7 Parelli Way near the Walmart. Suggested donation is $10 for an adult, and $20 for a family. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate, and homemade baked goods will be available for purchase.

The event was conceived to provide a venue for audience and performers to enjoy music and poetry in a family-friendly, alcohol-free setting… and incidentally, to raise money for school supplies and programs.

The Coffeehouse Night team plans to host an event once a month. If you are a poet or singer and would like to learn more about the events, please call Bill Hudson at 970-903-2673.
