Pagosa Peak Open School Salary Schedule and Policies Information 
Salaries at Pagosa Peak Open School are not established pursuant to C.R.S § 22-32-109.4 or 22-63-401. Pagosa Peak Open School establishes teacher and administrative salaries individually, based on an employee’s job duties, experience, qualifications, needs, and performance, and based on comparison to salaries for comparable positions in other schools or districts.  We define those salaries through individual employment agreements. Pagosa Peak Open School currently pays in the range of $25,000 to $50,000 for teaching positions. Pagosa Peak Open School administrative salaries range from $20,000 to $75,000. Updated May 2019.
